As a Sustaining Engineer you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the performance, quality, and reliability of our existing motion control products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to address product issues, implement improvements, and ensure customer satisfaction. This role requires a strong technical background, problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to continuous improvement.
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in sustaining engineering, product support, or a related role
Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment.
Electronics Practical Engineer or Manufacturing Engineering Practical Engineer/Engineer
Proven experience in HW development and testing
Basic knowledge of the relevant standards CE, UL, Functional Safety
Proven ability to manage and monitor projects in a matrix-based environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Good verbal and written proficiency in English
Experience with motion control systems, including motors, drives, and controllers -an advantage
