Your Day-to-Day:
Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for digital banking products, aligning with the company's vision and growth objectives.
Lead cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, compliance, and marketing, to build and launch new features.
Analyze customer behavior, market trends, and competitive insights to identify new opportunities and optimize existing products.
Define and track key performance metrics (KPIs) to measure product success and drive continuous improvements.
Collaborate with regulatory and legal teams to ensure compliance with financial industry regulations.
Advocate for a customer-first approach by leveraging user research, feedback, and data-driven insights.
Spearhead initiatives to adopt and integrate emerging technologies into our ecosystem.
Manage stakeholder communication, ensuring alignment across teams and leadership on product priorities and progress.
Drive go-to-market strategies, ensuring smooth product rollouts and adoption.

Requirements:
5+ years of product management experience from a tech company (fintech or payment area advantage).
Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
The ability to verify, discover, and make decisions based on research and a lot of data.
Hands-on experience working in Agile environments and managing end-to-end product lifecycles.
Bachelors degree in Business, Computer Science, Finance, or related fields.
