Product Manager A fast-growing, innovative fintech company operating in the fields of crypto trading, digital asset investment, and payment services is looking for a Product Manager to lead the development and launch of new products.
We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Product Manager to drive cross-functional alignment between product, marketing, and sales teams, and lead go-to-market and adoption strategies for new and existing products. This role includes translating technical capabilities into impactful product offerings, monitoring User Experience and conversion rates, optimizing user flows, and leading market research and competitive positioning efforts targeting professional and business audiences. Key Responsibilities: Define Product Strategy and lead the development of products in the payment services and crypto domains
Conduct market, trend, and competitor analysis to support product planning and adoption
Collaborate closely with engineering, marketing, support, sales, and customer success teams
Lead end-to-end product launches
Support Demand Generation and growth initiatives

Requirements: 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years in a fintech/blockchain/crypto company must
Proven experience in launching B2B or B2C tech products must
Experience in marketing strong advantage
Deep understanding of Blockchain, Web3, and Crypto strong advantage
Ability to translate complex product capabilities into clear marketing value
Experience working with global, cross-functional teams advantage
High level of English must
