We are looking for a Product Manager who is passionate about building products that customers love. You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams to design, build and roll-out products that deliver the companys vision and strategy. Roles and Responsibilities
* Conducting an orchestra – Managing all the elements perfectly.
* Ability to drive processes and people in collaboration and positive leadership and not out of authority and hierarchy.
* Translate Product Strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes.
* Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact.
* Working with relevant suppliers: receiving price offers, planning and verifying the quality of the products and keeping schedules.
* Working closely with VPs (especially R&D, Operation, Success and Marketing) and their teams and team leaders.
* Measures for job success: standing in deadlines and project budget.

* High level of English.
* Experience in the world of Product Marketing – knowledge and ability to conduct customer research while generating insights and translating them into products.
* Experience with planning e-commerce processes: registration, clearing, customer personal accounts, CRM, back office, and security processes.
* Experience with UI / UX tools like Figma or Adobe XD.
* Familiarity with the world of online companies such as CFD, e-commerce, fintech, or gaming – a significant advantage.
* Experience in agile methodologies – Advantage
* Experience as a programmer and expertise in UX (understanding customer needs) – a significant advantage.
* Experience in QA, optimization, and measuring the effectiveness of the product – a significant advantage.
* Experience working with multidisciplinary systems – an advantage.
* Degree in Computer Science or engineering – an advantage.
