Were on the hunt for a sharp and creative Product Monetization Manager to join our team! In this role, you'll play a key part in maximizing revenue while ensuring a fun, rewarding experience for our players. Youll help shape how monetization fits into the game-both through ongoing optimization and by designing new strategies and features that align with player behavior and company goals. What youll do: – Develop, TEST and implement monetization strategies for new and existing game features. – Work with the Economy, analytics and LiveOps teams to define feature rollouts, in-game economy balance, promotional planning, and communication. – Lead A/B testing and experimentation for monetization strategies and LiveOps features. – Identify opportunities to improve monetization beyond standard models already in place. – Partner with Product, Analytics, Creative, and LiveOps to ensure smooth launches and ongoing feature success. – Track performance closely, using data to guide decisions and optimize KPIs.
Requirements:
– Experience in monetization, product, or a related analytical role-ideally in gaming or other data -driven B2C products. – Deep understanding of F2P game monetization and player behavior. – Proven ability to design, run and analyze product or monetization experiments. – Strong analytical thinking and data fluency. – Being able to translate strategic vision and high level business goals into operational execution. – Proven track record in improving monetization of B2C apps, preferably games. – Excellent communication skills in English. – High attention to detail, self-motivation, and ownership mindset. – A collaborative spirit, comfortable working with multiple stakeholders.
