Serve as the Engineering representative in a cross-functional team to investigate and resolve quality issues in products and production lines.
Support QA in failure investigations using structured problem-solving tools (e.g., 5 Whys, Fishbone Diagram, FMEA).
Define and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) and verify their effectiveness.
Coordinate Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) and ensure proper implementation.
Analyze product performance, address field complaints and non-conformances.
Lead design changes and component updates due to supplier or regulatory changes.
Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Support production and process improvements, including troubleshooting and yield enhancement.
Collaborate with suppliers to resolve quality issues and ensure component reliability.
Prepare and present technical reports and investigation summaries.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Bachelors degree in mechanical engineering or a related field (background in electronics is an advantage).
5+ years of experience in multidisciplinary companies.
Experience in failure analysis, quality or reliability engineering.
Proficiency in RCA, CAPA, and structured problem-solving methodologies.
Strong cross-functional communication and teamwork skills.
Hands-on technical capabilities and attention to detail.
Experience supporting production lines and manufacturing engineering.
Ability to work in a dynamic, global environment.
Self-motivated, team player, and quick learner.
Familiarity with project/task management tools.
Project leadership experience an advantage.
Experience with CAD tools.
Medical device industry experience an advantage.
Fluent in English and Hebrew verbal and written.
Strong technical documentation and report writing skills.
