As production operations administrator, you will be part of the supply chain team, which is responsible for planning, controlling, supervising, and coordinating all supply chain activities, including production, quality assessment, inventory control, and shipment.
Your responsibilities will include:
Managing supply chain and production administration in a dynamic environment, including shipping documents, production reports, and compliance support.
Supervising production lines according to company goals and forecasts.
Planning, coordinating, and executing outbound and inbound shipments
Supervising and managing subcontractors.
Working on a daily basis with other departments in the company, including business development, sales, and R&D.
Ensuring and tracking appropriate production team training.
Traveling between the production site (at Moshav Mazor) to the main office in Tel Aviv.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree.
At least two years of experience in operations or projects management.
Some technical and systems background.
Full proficiency in English and Hebrew required.
Access to a personal car for frequent travel to the production site.
Flexible attitude with good problem-solving skills.
Proven leadership and decision-making abilities.
Good planning and organizational skills with attention to detail.
