We are looking for a Professional Services Solution Architect to join the Professional Services department. As the Professional Services Solution Architect, you will provide professional assistance to sales personnel in finding efficient and creative solutions to the needs of the organizations clients before and during the sale. You will understand the customers needs and technical and operational constraints and work with all stakeholders to ensure appropriate delivery.
IN THIS POSITION YOU WILL:
Responsible for guiding and overseeing the technological contexts during the sales process, such as assisting sales personnel in understanding client requirements and the modifications required to meet them, providing technical explanations to clients, assisting in preparing presentations, and replying to RFPs.
Effectively drive necessary product adaptations and modifications to accommodate larger opportunities in partnership with Product Management and R&D and commercialize customizations as SOWs.
Create delivery commitments and oversee the delivery process in concert with Project Management as customer advocate.
Provide market feedback and product adaptation needs to Product Management.
Act as a consultant and professional authority for the Integration Support team in problem-solving and schedule management.

Requirements:
B. Sc. In Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, or related field, with an employment history in Software Development and\or Systems Engineering and\or Technical Product management.
Previous experience in defining solution architecture as an individual contributor and in Sales and Client Management with in-depth, unique mastery in defining and delivering custom solutions.
Fluent in English excellent writing and speaking are a must. Hebrew at a good level.
Good Sales skills the ability to get customers excited about our solutions.
Team player with great communication skills, capable of motivating coworkers.
