Routine Interface with Customers – understanding customer requirements, supporting quality events, customers audits and continuance improvement plans.
Implement and training of quality methodologies and systems within the global organization – Problem solving, automotive program, non-conforming material, etc.
Follow up quality indices, initiate and support improvement projects and activities
Perform Audits and risk assessments in the organization

Requirements:
2 years as Process or Integration engineering experience with good engineering judgment – advantage
Engineering/Chemistry/Physics degree or equivalent – advantage
Passion to make a difference and lead for improvement
Strong ability to lead teams
Good Communication and personal relationship skills
English – High level
