As a R&D ops manager on our team, you will have the opportunity to take part in developing a cutting-edge application that has a real impact on hundreds of thousands of customers' lives.
This role involves streamlining processes and optimizing workflows to achieve engineering organizational goals.
You will be responsible for defining and implementing R&D OKRs and KPIs to support the team's productivity and velocity improvement.
In our Operations team life moves fast and there is no typical day, so in order to be successful in this role you will need to be self-motivated, confident, and very creative, be a proactive independent thinker, and possess leadership skills.
You Will:
Identify and implement operational best practices to streamline workflows, enhance efficiency, and maintain high-quality standards.
Monitor and analyze operational processes to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
Orchestrate quarterly planning timeline across 2 business units.
R&D performance tracking and analysis.
Define KPIs and create a tracking methodology.
Provide tools and means to identify gaps and opportunities in R&D teams' execution.
Identify and implement supportive tools to.
Enable velocity measurements.
Planned vs Actual analysis.
Dev enablement – implement knowledge management system.
Employees onboarding plan.
Technical documentation
Delivery optimization analyzes results to identify gaps and strive for continuous improvement.
Manage and own engineering OKR and stream-aligned team methodologies
You Have:
B.Sc/B.A/M.A/MBA in Industrial Engineering, Business or Information Systems.
+3 years of Project Management or Operations Management experience.
Proficient with Jira – making the most of the Atlassian ecosystem, experience with advanced Roadmaps Structure.
Agile methodologies proficiency.
Excel/Google Sheets proficiency.
And a data-driven mentality.
3+ years of experience in implementing new business processes within global organizations.
Nice to have:
Financial/legal background in fintech, banking, or financial services.
Tableau/Looker experience.
