We are seeking an experienced and innovative salesforce Developer to join our dynamic project-driven organization. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing custom salesforce solutions that drive business efficiency and growth. Key Responsibilities:
* Design, develop, and implement end-to-end solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
* Leverage salesforce AI capabilities such as Einstein GPT, AI Search, Next Best Action, and Prompt Builder to automate processes and enhance user experiences.
* Develop high-quality components using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Flow.
* Integrate salesforce with external platforms and services using REST/SOAP APIs.
* Collaborate with Administrators, Architects, and Business Stakeholders to ensure technical solutions align with business needs.
* Implement and manage CI/CD processes using Copado, supporting version control, deployments, and automated testing.
* Provide ongoing maintenance, debugging, and optimization of the salesforce platform.
* Ensure security, data integrity, and compliance across solutions.
* Participate in code reviews, Agile ceremonies, and continuous improvement initiatives.

* Practical experience with salesforce AI features (e.g., Einstein GPT, AI Search, Prompt Builder, prediction builder)
* Strong understanding of salesforce architecture, data model, and security model
* Hands-on experience with Copado or similar CI/CD tools (e.g., Gearset, Jenkins)
* Familiarity with HTML, JavaScript, CSS, and web development best practices
* Experience integrating salesforce with third-party systems using APIs
* Proficiency with salesforce DX, Git, Metadata API, and deployment methodologies
* Bachelors degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related field
* salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II, Sales/Service Cloud Consultant) are a plus
* Agile mindset, problem-solver, and team player with excellent communication skills
