A research and Development center is looking for a .Senior IT Manager – Business Technology Lead .
responsibility for Information Technology , maintaining business focus and strategic partnership with business leaders in R&.D,
Operations, Supply Chain, Quality and Finance. Responsibility for developing IT as a competitive advantage
and key enabler for the business functions, as well as product technology solutions complementing our customer facing products.
Position Description:
➢ Collaborates with business partners to define technology strategy that maximizes business value and acts
as the point of contact for these functions and translating business process needs into IT solutions
➢ Defines priorities for business and associated technology investments, effectively manages investments and budget to maximize value
➢ Drives the implementation of key initiatives and projects in area of responsibility by ensuring appropriate business engagement, involving the right stakeholders, ensuring organizational readiness, clearing roadblocks and securing funding
➢ Responsible for managing the IT team, resources and services
➢ Working closely with R&.D partners on new product technology innovation
➢ Reports to the Global Business Technology Organization, and serves as a focal point to the local organization
 .
Requirements:
➢ Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or Engineering
➢ 5+ Years of Technology leadership experience in a business-facing IT management role
➢ Experience with IT in an R&.D organization. strong understanding of product development lifecycle
➢ Experience in a Global environment, working across multiple levels of a global enterprise organization and balancing the need for standardization and enterprise thinking
➢ Knowledge of technology trends (e.g., digital, big data) and ability to translate these technology trends in successful initiatives
➢ Ability to work effectively and build strong relationships in a virtual environment
➢ Experience in the Medical Device industry- an advantage
➢ Excellent written and oral communication skills in English- a must .
