What will you do:
Analyse marketing funnels, user behaviours, and experiments to provide recommendations for improvement.
Develop and maintain complex SQL queries, dashboards, and performance reports to track key marketing KPIs, such as conversion rates, return on ad spend (ROAS), and cost per conversion (CPA).
Conduct research and ad-hoc analysis to uncover trends, measure campaign effectiveness, and optimize marketing performance (i.e., user journey, attribution models).
Collaborate with stakeholders across teams (Marketing, Sales,Product, Finance, R&D) to align on objectives, share findings, and inform decisions.
Stay ahead of industry trends and marketing analytics best practices to continuously enhance our analytical capabilities.
Requirements
5+ years of proven experience in Marketing analytics or a related field in a SaaS company.
Very high level of SQL and data processing understanding – Working with BigQuery / Redshift / Snowflake.
Experience with BI Front tools (e.g. Looker, Tableau etc..) to create clear, actionable dashboards and reports.
Experience in Excel.
Experience with SaaS systems (e.g., Salesforce, Hubspot,Google Analytics Netsuite,etc.).
Strong analytical skills with experience in funnel analysis, campaign performance evaluation, and customer segmentation.
A proactive approach, capable of identifying opportunities for improvement and driving initiatives forward.
A team-player mindset with the ability to collaborate across departments and build strong working relationships.
Excellent communication skills to convey complex analytical findings to non-technical stakeholders.
