* Hands-on design and execution of web pages, landing pages, and marketing campaigns that align with our companys brand vision and goals.
* Create a wide range of marketing materials, including advertisements, email templates, newsletters, social media graphics, blogs headers, and presentations.
* Maintain brand consistency across all creative deliverables, ensuring cohesive visuals across platforms.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, and creative) to deliver innovative and impactful designs. Bonus: Utilize motion design skills to create engaging animations and dynamic visuals for videos, ads, and other digital campaigns.

Requirements:
What It Takes 5+ years of experience as a designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing marketing materials and brand implementation across platforms – Must (experience in high-tech or startup environments preferred).
* Expertise in web design, including landing pages and conversion-focused marketing campaigns – Must
* Advanced proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is a MUST.
* Strong understanding of typography, composition, and color theory. Bonus: Proficiency in motion design tools and 3D modeling.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and receive feedback constructively.
* Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
