We are seeking a Loyalty Platform Product Manager with over 3 years of experience to lead the development and evolution of our Loyalty & Referral Product platform. This role is pivotal in ensuring our platform provides smart, scalable, and robust foundations that empower product teams to deliver exceptional features efficiently. You will work at the intersection of product, engineering, and data science to drive the development of internal tools, APIs, and systems that support an AI driven vision of Loyalty.
Responsibilities
Platform Strategy & Vision: Define and articulate the Loyalty platforms strategy, aligning it with overarching business goals and ensuring it meets the needs of various product teamsincluding AI/ML teams.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Engage with engineering, AI/ML, design, and business stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize features, and ensure seamless integration of platform capabilities.
Roadmap Development: Develop and maintain a clear, strategic roadmap for platform enhancements, balancing immediate needs with long-term scalability.
Developer Advocacy: Champion the needs of internal developers, ensuring the platform provides intuitive APIs, comprehensive documentation, and reliable tools to streamline their workflows.

Strategic Thinking: Able to align platform capabilities with business goals.
Communication: Clear communicator, comfortable translating tech for non-tech stakeholders.
Education: BSc in CS/Engineering; MBA/advanced degree a plus.
