What Youll Do:
Own the end-to-end product design process, from research and ideation to polished UI
Partner with product managers and engineers to create user-centric, intuitive, and engaging designs
Develop and maintain a comprehensive design system, including reusable patterns, components, and guidelines to ensure consistency and scalability
Conduct user research, usability testing, and customer interviews to validate ideas and inform design decisions
Create interactive prototypes to communicate design concepts and interactions effectively
Advocate for design best practices, presenting and explaining design decisions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Take ownership of multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and high-quality outcomes
Contribute to ongoing product discovery efforts by identifying opportunities for new features and improvements
5+ years of experience in Product Design, preferably designing SaaS products and complex systems
Expertise in developing and managing scalable design systems
Strong user interface (UI) capabilities and attention to visual details
Proficiency in Figma, with the ability to visualize complex data and user interactions
Proven skills in user research methodologies, usability testing, and user-centered design
A strong portfolio showcasing a range of product design work, especially for complex systems
Strong problem-solving mindset, able to generate multiple design solutions quickly
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design concepts and decisions
Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
Academic degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or similar field is a plus
Experience designing complex, data-driven platforms in the Fintech industry is a plus
