Were seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead our Experience Email product a strategic solution that enables marketers to deliver personalized, data-driven content in email campaigns by leveraging our real-time decisioning engine. This cross-vertical role spans both Retail and Financial Institutions, working closely with clients and internal teams to help drive engagement, retention, and conversion through personalized email experiences.
As a Product Manager, You Will:
Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Experience Email across multiple customer verticals
Partner with cross-functional teams to integrate real-time data, user segmentation, and dynamic content into email personalization workflows
Collaborate with engineering and data teams to continuously evolve our email API capabilities, edge decisioning, and personalization logic
Work closely with customer-facing teams to understand pain points, gather feedback, and define impactful product enhancements
Define KPIs and success metrics for product performance and continuously optimize based on data-driven insights
Align product direction with strategic initiatives from our broader services organization
Work with UX, Product Marketing, and GTM teams to deliver intuitive experiences and ensure successful adoption of new features
Stay on top of trends in martech, ESP integration, data privacy, and personalization to inform future development.

5+ years of SaaS/B2B product-management experienceideally in martech, email marketing platforms, or customer-engagement tools.
Hands-on background in email technology: familiarity with ESP APIs, HTML/CSS for responsive emails, deliverability best practices, and privacy regulations (CAN-SPAM, GDPR).
Data-driven & ML-curious: comfortable working with data scientists on recommendation models, LLM content generation, and real-time decisioning engines.
Strong communicator & storyteller who can simplify complex concepts for execs, engineers, and marketers alike, in crisp English written and verbal form.
Entrepreneurial mindset, bias toward action, and passion for creating inbox experiences users love.
