This role sits at the intersection of customers, sales, and platform. You will work directly with B2B partners to understand their needs, translate those needs into scalable product capabilities, and ensure our systems can support commercial growth without fragmenting the core platform.
This is an early-stage B2B effort within a large, successful consumer company. You will be building the foundations while actively supporting live customers and revenue growth.
What You'll Do:
Own the end-to-end B2B product strategy, including onboarding, configuration, partner capabilities, and ongoing product evolution.
Work directly with B2B customers and commercial teams to deeply understand customer needs, contracts, and growth opportunities.
Translate customer requirements into scalable product primitives, balancing speed-to-deal with long-term platform integrity.
Partner horizontally with engineering, operations, and support to deliver complete B2B solutions-not just features.
Make and defend hard tradeoffs between bespoke customer needs and platform scalability.
Define success metrics for B2B adoption and revenue growth, and use data to guide prioritization.
5+ years of product management experience, with significant exposure to B2B products, platforms, or enterprise customers.
Proven ability to work directly with customers and translate ambiguous, commercial requirements into product decisions.
Technical experience, working with and defining APIs.
Comfortable operating in environments with incomplete data, shifting priorities, and real revenue pressure.
Excellent communication skills, able to align sales, engineering, and leadership around clear product decisions.
