Required Senior Product Manager – Platform

As the Developer Platform Senior Product Manager, you will lead the development of a strategic product that is central to transforming us into a platform-centric, developer-oriented organization. Cultivate a user-obsessed culture within the product team, deeply understanding the needs and behaviors of blockchain developers. Leverage insights from user research, market analysis, and feedback loops to inform product decisions and create solutions that exceed user expectations.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the product's success, from conceptualization through to launch.
Define and track key performance indicators for the product, adapting strategy as necessary to meet business goals.
Stay ahead of blockchain industry trends and competitor activities, ensuring we remain a leader in innovation.

Capable of translating complex technical challenges into user-friendly product solutions.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, able to motivate teams and articulate product visions across all levels of the organization.
Strategic mindset with evidence of having executed product strategies that significantly contributed to business growth.
Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
