Your key responsibilities will include:
Own the product roadmap for Tigapos SaaS platform and visitor-facing solutions.
Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to deliver a slick, intuitive, and modern user experience for both tech-savvy and non-technical customers.
Manage feature prioritization, versioning, and release planning across platforms.
Partner with engineering to ensure smooth execution and delivery of product initiatives.
Incorporate AI-driven insights into product decisions for BI and operational tasks.
Support B2C initiatives (kiosk, app, gamification features) – either directly or by following leadership guidance.
Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to continuously improve the platform.
Champion gamification and customer engagement strategies (leaderboards, challenges, incentives).
Be the voice of the customer internally, balancing usability with advanced functionality.
Minimum 5+ years of experience in Product Management for advanced SaaS platforms – Must
Strong background in web console design and usability using web development best practices
Proven ability to manage roadmaps, prioritization, and feature releases
Experience collaborating with UX/UI teams to deliver world-class interfaces
Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, design, and leadership
Familiarity with gamification principles and customer engagement strategies (leaderboards, challenges, incentives)
Analytical mindset with comfort using data and AI-driven insights for decision-making
Self-starter who thrives in a startup-like environment and can own product end-to-end
