Your Arena:
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from defining role requirements to closing offers.
Partner directly with hiring managers to build tailored recruitment strategies.
Conduct advanced sourcing through social media, professional platforms, and innovative recruiting tools.
Lead phone and in-person interviews, ensuring an excellent candidate experience throughout.
Build and maintain candidate pipelines and contribute to long-term talent retention initiatives.
Guide candidates through the entire recruitment journey while collaborating with internal stakeholders.
4+ years of proven experience in recruiting for the tech industry – Must.
Strong sourcing skills and hands-on experience with tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter – Must.
Experience working in global startups – understanding organizational culture, growth challenges, and recruiting under tight deadlines – Strong Advantage.
Experience hiring global teams, specifically in the USA – Strong Advantage.
Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
Excellent communication skills and strong interpersonal abilities.
High-level English proficiency written and spoken.
