Responsibilities:
* Lead the design, development, and implementation of a satellite system, encompassing electro-optical payloads, communication systems, and computerized systems.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, subcontractors, and customers, to define system requirements, specifications, and architectures for satellite projects.
* Conduct detailed system analysis and simulations to optimize system performance, reliability, and efficiency.
* Manage and oversee the integration, testing, and validation of satellite systems to ensure compliance with design specifications and mission requirements.
* Lead technical reviews, risk assessments, and troubleshooting activities to identify and resolve system -level issues.

* Planning and organizational skills, including contributing to schedules, estimating costs, and forecasting personnel needs.
* Strong communication and leadership abilities, with a proven track record of leading technical projects.
