Requirements:
5+ years of experience as a Full Stack/Backend Engineer. Technological stack: React, Node.js, – Must.
Solid communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders – Must.
Experience designing and delivering complex features or projects, collaborating with Tech Leads/Architects and multiple teams.
Proven ability to mentor and guide team members, sharing knowledge and providing feedback.
Strong troubleshooting skills, including investigating advanced production issues using observability tools.
Databases: MongoDB and Elasticsearch.
GraphQL – Advantage.
Experience with microservices – Advantage.
High-level testing skills – Advantage.
BSc in Computer Science or equivalent – Advantage.
