We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, a real "pro" with a tech-oriented DNA and a strong Can-Do attitude, to join our team during an exciting period of Hyper Growth. In this role, you will be a key player in our transformation into a Product-led organization. You will lead end-to-end recruitment processes, leveraging AI tools and advanced sourcing methodologies to attract top-tier talent and optimize our hiring ecosystem.
What you will be doing:
– Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for complex technology and HQ positions, acting as a strategic Business Partner to hiring managers
– Implement and utilize AI-driven tools to streamline recruitment workflows, from job description generation to data analysis and process optimization
– Execute advanced, proactive sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter and other innovative platforms to identify under-the-radar talent
– Identify bottlenecks in the recruitment funnel and lead initiatives to improve ATS efficiency, shortening Time-to-Hire while maintaining a high Quality-of-Hire
– Strengthen yad2’s Employer Value Proposition (EVP) and brand presence in a highly competitive tech market
– Foster a data-driven recruitment culture, providing insights and benchmarks to support growth decisions
