As a Senior Technical PM, you will own Public API product and act as the voice of both our customers and our platform.
API Product Ownership: Define and evolve our Public API strategy, ensuring scalability, security, and developer-first usability.
Enterprise Collaboration: Work directly with enterprise customers and prospects throughout the sales lifecycle to deeply understand their problems, shape meaningful solutions, and accelerate adoption.
GTM Alignment: Partner with Sales, Engineering, and Marketing to drive API product positioning, competitive differentiation, and successful enterprise rollouts.
Technical Leadership: Work closely with Engineering to design and deliver robust APIs (REST, GraphQL, webhooks, SDKs), turning complex flows into intuitive experiences.
Innovative Problem Solving: Leverage modern technologies and creative design to address complex challenges and empower our customers.
Discovery & Validation: Engage continuously with enterprise clients, prospects, and partners to validate API needs and prioritize roadmap investments.
Cross-Functional Enablement: Equip Sales and Customer Success with the knowledge and tools they need to champion our Connect.
Market Awareness: Stay ahead of industry standards, competitor APIs, and developer experience best practices.
Product Management Expertise: 5+ years of product management, including significant experience leading API-first products.
Technical Orientation: Strong technical background with proven ability to manage API lifecycles and work deeply with engineers.
API/Integration Experience: Demonstrated success in building, scaling, and managing APIs (REST, GraphQL, webhooks, SDKs, etc.).
Fintech / Fraud Knowledge (Nice to Have): Experience in payments, risk, or fraud management is a strong advantage.
Enterprise GTM Orientation: Experience working closely with Sales and enterprise customers throughout the sales cycle.
B2B SaaS Expertise: Strong understanding of the dynamics and demands of enterprise SaaS customers.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Strong analytical abilities are required for making data-informed decisions, validating hypotheses, and interpreting outcomes.
Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to explain technical products clearly to both developers and business stakeholders.
Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills, thriving in cross-functional settings with Sales, Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success.
