Our Takeaway Innovation Center in Tel Aviv is looking for a Senior UX/UI Product Designer to be a part of an agile team responsible for our 10bis.co.il brand core products.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating beautiful and intuitive products that solve complex problems. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to lead the design of new products and features, as well as improve existing ones.

Lead the design of new products and features, from ideation to launch.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and researchers, to ensure design solutions meet business and user needs.
Create user-centered design solutions that are beautiful, intuitive, and efficient.

Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies, and bring new ideas to the team.

At least 5 years of experience in product design, with a focus on digital products.
A strong portfolio that showcases your design skills and process.
Expertise in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
Experience leading design projects, and working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong problem-solving skills, and ability to think creatively and strategically.
Experience with user research and usability testing is a plus.
