We are looking for a Software Delivery & Integration Manager to join the Integration team, which is responsible for the Software delivery of our company algorithmic department, owning the CI process, including tools and test definition. ** This role requires a minimum of 2 days per week on-site at our Jerusalem offices.
What will your job look like:
Monitor development and delivery KPIs across algorithm teams, ensuring alignment with ASPICE compliance requirements and internal SDLC processes
Assess delivery rates, milestone progress, and execution quality, with attention to traceability, documentation, and adherence to engineering standards
Identify and investigate inefficiencies or blockers in the development lifecycle, including gaps in process compliance or deviations from defined workflows
Analyze trends and discrepancies across teams; synthesize actionable insights and escalate risks to leadership as needed
Maintain and continuously improve dashboards that track team and project performance, with visibility into compliance with SDLC stages (e.g., requirements coverage, code reviews, testing, validation)
Collaborate with the Data Analysis team to define metrics, improve visualizations, and ensure accurate reflection of delivery status and ASPICE-related checkpoints
Propose new indicators or methods to better reflect department health and delivery velocity
Escalate risks and deviations to relevant management levels
Recommend improvements in development processes, reporting frameworks, and tracking mechanisms
Create and deliver periodic summary reports for Algo and Engineering leadership.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
5+ years of experience in software engineering, with exposure to program or release management processes
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience with performance monitoring tools, dashboards (e.g., Grafana, Tableau, Power BI), or internal data visualization platforms
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data analysts, project managers, and developers.
