We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced SQA Team Lead to drive quality assurance efforts for our next-generation robotic and automated systems used in critical healthcare environments.
You’ll lead a team of skilled QA engineers, working closely with multidisciplinary R&D teams to ensure the safety, performance, and compliance of our life-saving medical automation solutions. This is a hands-on leadership role, combining strategic oversight with deep technical involvement.
What You’ll Do
Lead and mentor a growing QA team responsible for validating embedded, application-level, and robotic control software.
Define and drive QA strategy, processes, and best practices across multiple development teams.
Oversee the design, implementation, and execution of comprehensive test plans (manual and automated).
Ensure coverage of functional, integration, regression, and system testing across complex multidisciplinary systems.
Work collaboratively with software developers, mechanical engineers, and system architects to identify risks and improve product quality early in the development lifecycle.
Ensure adherence to medical device regulatory standards, including IEC 62304, ISO 13485, and FDA requirements.
Manage QA activities in tools such as Azure DevOps or Jira, including bug triaging, test case management, and traceability.
Drive development and evolution of automated testing frameworks and CI/CD pipelines.
Lead efforts in risk analysis, validation ation, and audit readiness.
