We are looking for a dynamic and technically skilled Solution Architect to help drive direct sales and build relationships with Fortune 500 customers. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong systems background and a passion for enterprise sales.
Role Overview:
As a Solution Architect, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth through the direct sales process with Fortune 500 customers. You will work closely with our sales and technical teams to deliver innovative solutions to prospective clients, guiding them through technical evaluations, product demonstrations, and closing cycles. This position requires a unique combination of technical expertise, solution-based selling, and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Support and Enablement: Assist the sales team in qualifying prospects, understanding customer needs, delivering technical presentations and product demonstrations. Youll help customers understand our value in their cloud environments. Solution Design & Technical Consultation: Work closely with customers to understand their business requirements, technical environments, and long-term goals. Recommend solutions that meet their specific needs while highlighting the value of our offerings. Drive Revenue Growth: Play a critical role in driving the sales process, supporting all phases from initial engagement to closing, including conducting technical evaluations, and providing input into pricing and packaging. Customer Success & Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key technical and business stakeholders within target accounts. Ensure smooth technical onboarding, integration, and adoption of our solutions. Collaboration with Engineering and Product Teams: Provide feedback to the product team based on customer requirements and market trends. Collaborate with engineering to ensure the feasibility and success of custom solutions. Continuous Learning & Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date on the latest cloud technologies, industry trends, and competitive landscape. Share insights and best practices to improve sales strategies and technical offerings.

Requirements:
Key Qualifications:
Systems Knowledge: Strong, foundational knowledge in operating systems, networking, security, and scripting/automation. Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines is desirable. Cloud Proficiency: Hands-on experience with major cloud platforms (Azure, GCP, AWS), including Storage and compute services, networking, security practices, and cloud-native architectures. Sales Engineering Experience: 5+ years of experience in a pre-sales or sales engineering role in an enterprise-focused technology company, with a proven track record of driving technical sales and closing large deals. Enterprise Sales Process: Experience navigating the enterprise sales process, including building relationships with C -level executives, IT decision-makers, and technical stakeholders in large organizations. Technical Communication Skills: Ability to explain complex technical concepts to a wide variety of stakeholders, both technical and non-technical, through demos, presentations, and proposals. Problem-Solving and Technical Consulting: Strong ability to analyze customer needs and translate them into technical solutions. Experience conducting product evaluations, POCs, and troubleshooting complex environments is a plus. Preferred but Not Required: Storage -focused technical experience, especially in enterprise or distributed systems. Experience with high-performance or mission-critical environments.
