We are seeking a talented and experienced Pre-Sales/Solutions Engineer to join our dynamic team, focusing on our Human Capital Management (HCM) product portfolio. You will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and customer success.
What youll do:
Work closely with the sales teams to understand client requirements and propose tailored HCM solutions.
Conduct engaging work processes workshops, highlighting the value and benefits of our HCM applications.
Conduct discovery sessions with prospects and customers and tailor process flows, solution architectures and system demonstrations based on requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful solution architecture and delivery.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies in the HCM domain.
Create and deliver compelling presentations and proof-of-concepts to showcase the value of our solutions, including AI and other innovative capabilities.
Provide professional and functional support during the sales cycle, including RFI/RFP responses and commercial guidance.
Act as a trusted advisor to customers and partners building strong relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Understanding of cloud technologies, SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS.
Bachelors degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a pre-sales, solutions engineering, or consulting role.
Ability to engage with C-levels and HR management and shape together organizational HR processes Core, Talent, Recruiting, Learning, Attendance and more.
Solid functional background with HCM solutions, global leading vendors as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday an advantage, technical hands-on skills an advantage
Act in a dynamic environment that spread over HCM and general advanced capabilities.
Self-driven, results-oriented with a positive attitude and a clear focus on high quality.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple sales processes simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
