Key Responsibilities:
– Analyze business requirements and tailor SAP SuccessFactors solutions accordingly
– Lead system configurations, customizations, and enhancements across various SuccessFactor modules
– Provide ongoing Technical Support, including issue resolution, troubleshooting, and user guidance
– Manage and deliver end-to-end projects within your area of responsibility
– Implement and optimize HR business processes in SuccessFactors
– Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive system efficiency and functionality

– Technical proficiency with 12 years experience in SuccessFactors, including system configuration, integrations, and data management
– Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
– Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
– Experience with SAP HR ( SAP HCM) modules or any other HR system
– Bachelors degree in Industrial engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
– Familiarity with data migration, interface development, or integration tools
