In the role of HR Generalist , you will be central in shaping our teamʼs talent landscape and fostering a positive workplace culture. Your responsibilities in tech recruiting include collaborating closely with hiring managers to understand technical hiring needs, utilizing the Greenhouse applicant tracking system, and ensuring a streamlined recruitment process. Additionally, you will be responsible for following and communicating the recruiting process to our global TA team located in the USA. On the office and culture management front, you will oversee the overall office environment, plan and execute culture and engagement initiatives, act as a facilitator for workplace concerns, and implement HR and ER policies. Your role will also involve leveraging strong data analytics skills to measure and enhance employee engagement and productivity. You will develop and implement practices that promote collaboration and efficiency in both remote and in-office settings.

Responsibilities:

● Be the first point of contact for HR-related queries, providing guidance in line with company policies and procedures.

● Manage the full life cycle of the hiring process.

● Make our candidate experience a team-wide priority.

● Responsibility for the well-being experience of the employees through providing updated solutions in various fields of employee lifecycle.

● Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient work environment.

● Manage the onboarding and offboarding processes

● Ensure HR systems are up-dated, and able to leverage insights based on data to assess and impact the business units.
