Were looking for a creative, people-oriented Talent Acquisition Partner to lead hiring across our Go-To-Market teams including Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Business Operations. Youll own the full recruitment lifecycle, partner closely with hiring managers, and use smart tools to find great people. we move fast, think big, and care deeply about our people. Responsibilities
What Youll Be Doing
Own the full lifecycle of the hiring process
Partner with hiring managers to understand needs, define profiles, and drive hiring decisions
Build and execute sourcing strategies across Sales, Marketing, CS, BizOps, and more
Maintain strong, diverse talent pipelines for current and future needs
Deliver an exceptional, personalized candidate experience at every stage
Track data, monitor KPIs, and continuously improve funnel performance
Contribute to employer branding and creative talent marketing initiatives
Integrate AI and automation tools into your sourcing and workflows
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, ideally in tech startups or high-growth tech companies
Proven track record of hiring for global GTM roles (Sales, Marketing, CS, BizOps) across EMEA and the US, with a strong understanding of GTM talent DNA
Excellent sourcing skills with tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, and comfort using AI recruiting tools
Data-savvy you love tracking metrics, building dashboards, and sharing insights with stakeholders
A creative problem-solver whos also structured, fast-moving, and detail-oriented
Strong communicator with the ability to work closely with senior stakeholders
Passionate about people, growth, and building great teams
Fluent English (written and spoken) must
