* Hands-on work with LinkedIn Recruiter Managing multiple recruitment processes simultaneously Close collaboration with hiring managers, clients, and internal stakeholders Working as part of a collaborative recruitment team

* at least 2 years of experience in tech recruitment – mandatory
* Proven experience in sourcing and headhunting – mandatory
* Experience working with LinkedIn Recruiter mandatory
* Experience recruiting for security / defense-related roles – strong advantage
* Experience working with an ATS – advantage for experience with Comeet
* Experience working with clients / outsourcing recruitment models – advantage
* Strong communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders
