We are looking for a senior Front End Engineer to join our team in building a web design system.
Responsibilites:
* Lead the development and implementation of a robust, scalable web design system that serves as the foundation for building diverse web applications.
* Collaborate with the product and design teams to define feature specifications.
* Develop intuitive, responsive, performance-driven user interfaces with modern Front-End technologies.
* Stay updated on emerging technologies and introduce them where beneficial.
* Ensure code quality, consistency, and maintainability through code reviews, automated testing, and adherence to best coding practices.
* Participate in project planning, providing technical insights and estimates to ensure timely and on-budget delivery of the project.

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in Front-End development.
* Expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript and Web Components.
* Proficiency in Angular or React frameworks.
* Familiarity with modern Front-End development methodologies.
* Understanding and practical experience with design systems and frontend architecture patterns. Hands-on experience with:
* Front End development using React, Angular, Vanilla JavaScript, and TypeScript.
* frontend testing: Unit tests, Integration tests, End-to-end tests, Accessibility testing.
* Source control management GIT.
* Understanding of SOLID Principles and Design Patterns.
* A commitment to writing understandable, maintainable, and reusable code.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team and communicate effectively.
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Additional Requirements:
* English B1, B2.
* Experience working in a service outsourcing company is highly preferred.
* Experience in developing Design Systems (big advantage).
