we are looking for a Technical Sales Manager
Responsibilities
Lead the technical engagement of the customers throughout their lifecycle to drive the sale, deployment, and adoption of our solutions
Work closely with Account Management, Sales, Product and Services teams, to advise and design creative solutions for our customers
Conduct technical presentations/demos and architecture design sessions, to demonstrate the capabilities of solution, emphasizing how can help their business grow (Pre-sales activities)
Working with clients and partners to solve technical challenges regarding their unique environment and requirements. Creating solutions that enable the completion of the sales process
Willingness to work in a hands-on and dynamic environment with a constantly evolving product
Familiarity with different types of integration processes and experience working with managed web services such as AWS/Azure/Other providers
Creating documentation, whitepapers, RFP/RFI responses, and other supporting material for internal and client/partner usage
Identify & build customized solutions for strategic customers and manage their delivery

At least 5 years of proven experience as a Solution Architect, Pre-sale Engineer, or Product Manager, at a global company A must
Technical/Engineering background or engineering education A must
Proven experience implementing RFID solutions
Experience in the Retail industry A big advantage
Exceptional communication and presentation skills (written and verbal, internal and external) A must
Great team work ability while taking ownership on end-to-end processes
Experience working with tools such as: postman, SQL queries, monitoring tools, Jira, Monday or similar
Experience working in a customer facing role in a global, fast paced, multi-cultural environment
Fluent in English
