What You Will Do:
Lead sourcing efforts for technical roles across R&D and other departments, using AI tools and platforms to optimize outreach and engagement.
Collaborate with hiring managers and the recruitment team to understand hiring needs and develop scalable sourcing strategies.
Conduct Boolean searches, talent mapping, and competitor analysis across platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and Stack Overflow.
Leverage AI-powered tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gem, SeekOut, and LinkedIn AI tools) to enhance search precision and message personalization.
Screen resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and assess candidate fit.
Maintain and nurture talent pipelines to meet both current and future hiring needs.
Research market trends and provide competitive intelligence to inform hiring strategies.
Analyze sourcing funnel metrics and continuously optimize processes based on data insights.

3+ years of experience as a technical sourcer, either in-house or at a recruitment agency (both is a plus).
Proven ability to identify and engage passive talent for R&D and tech roles.

Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing analytics.
Familiarity with AI-enhanced sourcing and outreach tools.
Exceptional communication skills (Hebrew and English) and a collaborative mindset.
