we're in search of a versatile professional to fill the role of an Experienced UX/UI Designer. This position isn't just about creating visually appealing designs but also involves a deep understanding of our industry space, user base, and their needs. Additionally, it requires the ability to craft comprehensive user stories to drive product development.
Key Responsibilities:
– Strategic Product Involvement: Work closely with the CPO and Senior Product Manager to understand Wisor.ai's ecosystem, user personas, and market demands. Craft user stories and contribute to product strategy.
– UX/UI Leadership: Lead the creation of product designs, system designs, web presence, and communications design, ensuring a seamless user experience.
– Driving User-Centricity: Conduct user research, analyze behaviors, and translate insights into intuitive and efficient user flows. Advocate for user needs throughout the design and development process.
– Holistic UX/UI Expertise: Minimum of 5 years of experience in UX/UI design within startup environments, preferably with exposure to B2B products.
– Product Mindset: Proven track record in understanding complex industries, defining user stories, and contributing to product strategy.
– Technical Skills: Proficiency in Figma (or similar design tools) and experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (Product, Customer Support, and developers).
– User-Centric Approach: Ability to deeply comprehend user needs and translate them into precise system flows and user stories.
– Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment where initiatives progress rapidly.
