Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the Creative Team and stakeholders to develop video concepts that resonate with brand and marketing objectives.
Take the lead on production projects, coordinating all stakeholders, including 360 campaigns and creative operations.
Manage budgets: Develop and oversee production budgets for all video projects, optimizing resources to maximize efficiency without compromising quality.
Global involvement: Take charge of reaching out, leading, and coordinating video productions across multiple countries while overseeing local vendors.
Oversee end-to-end video production, from initial planning to post-production, ensuring prompt delivery within established budgets.
Direct video shoots, manage equipment, and ensure the capture of high-quality footage.
Tailor videos for various platforms to enhance reach and engagement.
Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in video production.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
Monitor video performance metrics and use insights to refine future projects.
Manage communications with outsourced creative professionals.
Demonstrate resourcefulness in problem-solving and optimizing resources.
Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Media Studies, or a related field.
3+ years of experience as a Video Producer or in a similar role.
Proficiency in video production and editing software.
Strong project management and communication skills.
Attention to detail and a dedication to maintaining quality standards.
