As the Senior Director/VP of Sales for a seed stage network operations software startup, you will play a crucial role in establishing and scaling the company's sales efforts in Europe.

Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy and Execution:
Break into and develop the European market.
Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
Customer Acquisition:
Identify and engage with potential customers, especially targeting early adopters in the IT/network infrastructure management software space.
Customer Relationship
Market Analysis
Metrics and Reporting
Requirements:
Experience:
Proven experience as a successful sales leader, preferably within the IT/network infrastructure management software or related tech industry.
Proven experience with the European market.
Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
Industry Knowledge:
In-depth knowledge of the IT/network infrastructure management software industry, including understanding of customer pain points and market dynamics
Miscellaneous:
1. The VP of Sales will report directly to the CEO.
2. The role requires travel to Europe, approximately once a month.
3. The position is based in Tel Aviv.
Experience:
Proven experience as a successful sales leader, preferably within the IT/network infrastructure management software or related tech industry.
Proven experience with the European market.
