Required VP, Product Management Publishers Products
As a VP of Product for Publisher Products in the Publisher Product Department in our Tel Aviv Office, youll play a vital role in defining and executing our product strategy and vision for both Publishers Products and Supply. In this role, you will pioneer an innovative, AI-powered strategy that leverages our network advantage to deliver unparalleled performance advertising solutions while strengthening our strategic, long-standing publisher relationships in a competitive, evolving digital media landscape. This position reports directly to the SVP of Tech.
As a VP Product Management, youll bring value by:
Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy and roadmap for our Publishers and Supply Products.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with the Senior Executive Team and other senior leaders to ensure alignment with broader business objectives.
Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of product managers and product analysts, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Product Prioritization: Oversee the product prioritization process and make data-driven decisions to focus on the most critical projects.

Requirements:
Proven Product Leadership
10+ years of product management experience in digital publishing, ad tech, or media industries, with a demonstrable track record of launching and scaling innovative products that drive both publisher traffic and monetization. The scope of the work is both inbound as well as outbound. We expect this person to have experience in go-to-market at scale. We also expect a lot of experience working internally with the business. Deep Industry Expertise:Extensive understanding of publishers business models and challengesincluding shifting content consumption habitsand a passion for empowering publishers to maintain high-quality content while effectively monetizing their digital assets.
Innovative & Strategic Vision: Ability to craft and execute a bold product vision that leverages advanced AI and generative AI (genAI) technologies to create differentiated, data-driven solutions. Experience in designing personalized recommendation systems, content management tools, and monetization platforms is highly desirable
Technical & Data-Driven Acumen: Proficiency with modern product analytics, A/B testing, and user data interpretation to inform strategic decisions. Familiarity with first-party data integration and large-scale digital platform operations is essential.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Exceptional skills in leading diverse, cross-disciplinary teamsincluding engineering, data science, design, and sales/marketingto deliver complex products in fast-paced, evolving environments.
Customer-Centric Mindset: A deep understanding of what publishers care aboutspecifically, driving traffic and optimizing revenue streams. Demonstrated ability to translate publisher needs into innovative product features (e.g. enhancing products like Taboola Feed, Newsroom, Backstage, and monetization solutions) that resonate with both publishers and advertisers.
Dual-Sided Marketplace Expertise (an advantage): Proven experience in managing and innovating within a dual-sided marketplace.
