Requirements:
At least 5 years of relevant experience as a Product Manager.
A proven track record of making an impact as an entrepreneur, leader, or product manager – ideally on a marketplace or platform product.
Strong analytical skills: developing product hypotheses, applying validation methods, and working with data to drive decisions.
Experience working with or adjacent to ranking, search, or recommendations – understanding how upstream product decisions affect algorithmic outcomes and client-freelancer match quality.
Strong ability to translate opportunities and needs into products and features across a broad and diverse user base.
Good understanding of UI/UX.
Savvy learner, avid listener, articulate communicator, and presenter.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with short delivery cycles.
BA / MA / BSc / MSc in a related field.
