Position Overview: A visionary Senior Game Designer who understands the psychology behind casual puzzle games. You will be the creative anchor for new titles – leading projects from initial concept through global launch and game updates. You will craft innovative core mechanics and shape unforgettable player experiences that drive long-term retention and engagement. Key Responsibilities: End-to-End Ownership: Drive the game design process from initial pitch and prototyping to global release and live operations. system & Economy Design: Create, balance, and fine-tune engaging core mechanics, progression, in-game economies, and compelling reward loops. Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate closely with artists, developers, and data analysts to ensure the creative vision aligns with technical and business goals. data -Driven Iteration: Analyze playtests and live player data (including A/B tests) to iterate on levels balancing and progression, FTUE and economy. Trend Forecasting: Deconstruct competitive titles and stay ahead of mobile industry trends to ensure our designs remain fresh, innovative, and highly marketable.
Requirements:
Proven Track Record: 3+ years of game design experience, with a focus on mobile/casual F2P games. Shipped Titles: At least one commercially launched mobile game with proven, scaleable success (strong retention/monetization KPIs). Design Expertise: Deep understanding of casual puzzle mechanics, player psychology, and modern metagame layers. Full Cycle Experience: Hands-on experience working with a game team and taking a game from concept through production, QA, launch, and post-launch updates. AI Experience: Familiarity with leveraging AI tools (e.g., Claude, Gemini and ChatGPT) for rapid prototyping and workflow optimization. Communication: Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to clearly document features and pitch ideas to stakeholders. Execution Mindset: A proactive, collaborative team player who is meticulous, detail-oriented, and passionate about quality. Advantage: Previous experience working with Unity.
