Own product discovery: conduct interviews, map journeys, define problems, validate assumptions, and derive actionable insights.

6+ years of product management experience, with a proven track record of launching and scaling both B2B and B2C products. Experience in fintech and SMB is a strong advantage.
Minimum 4 years of experience working in a SaaS startup environment.
Experience leading Product-Led Growth (PLG) and/or Sales-Led Growth (SLG) initiatives.
Strong product discovery skills- comfortable interviewing users, conducting research, and synthesizing insights into actionable product decisions.
A natural problem solver who enjoys untangling messy workflows and creating clarity.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex ideas simply and effectively.
High sense of ownership and accountability – drives work forward independently and proactively.
Experience working cross-functionally and leading without formal authority.
Detail-oriented with strong UX instincts and a deep care for product quality and user experience.
Thrives in a fast-moving startup environment with evolving priorities and ambiguity.
