We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR & Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team.
This role is focused primarily on recruitment activities (approximately 80% of the role), alongside additional HR-related responsibilities.
Talent Acquisition:
Support recruitment processes for technical and business positions, primarily in Israel and the US
Open and publish job postings across relevant platforms
Conduct proactive sourcing activities through LinkedIn and additional channels
Screen and review resumes
Conduct HR phone interviews
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment process
Conduct reference checks
Maintain recruitment pipelines and hiring trackers
Additional Responsibilities:
Support employee experience and welfare initiatives
Manage intern placements and relationships through internship programs and partnerships
Support the companys employer branding and social media activities
Take part in onboarding processes for new employees.

Requirements:
1-2 years of experience in technological recruitment, preferably from a recruitment/staffing agency or an in-house tech environment
Hands-on experience sourcing candidates for technical roles
Experience conducting HR interviews
Experience working with recruitment systems such as Spark Hire (Comeet)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Fluent English and Hebrew
Nice to Have
