ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for a Hands-on Performance Marketing Lead to take ownership of a brand / customer activity, combining P&L ownership hands-on media management, direct management of a small performance marketing team, customer communication and growth. This is a hands-on role that includes leading a small media team of 1–2 people, while being deeply involved in day-to-day campaign management, performance analysis, experiments and optimization. The role also includes prioritizing and syncing all relevant teams — Media, CRO and Creative — around the same goals. Our office is located in Kiryat Ono. This is a hybrid position, including two work-from-home days per week.
Responsibilities:
* Own the brand’s P&L.
* Manage the media team directly.
* Stay hands-on in campaign management, performance analysis, optimization and ongoing media activity.
* Prioritize and sync all teams relevant to the brand, including Media, CRO and Creative.
* Partner with the Business Development team to manage customer communication and relationships. Lead customer development and growth : identify opportunities for growth, additional platforms, creative directions, funnels or other business opportunities.
* Lead cross-functional meetings, ensuring clear communication, alignment, and execution across all stakeholders.
* Prepare monthly business reviews for management, including performance against goals, project updates, key risks, and growth opportunities.
