Requirements:
At least 5 years' experience leading high-performance teams.
At least 8 years hands-on development experience in Java.
Hands-on experience building microservices in cloud (preferably GCP/AWS/Azure) environments using cloud native technologies (such as: Kubernetes, Docker).
Experience in designing and implementing large-scale distributed systems using technologies such as Apache Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar.
Experience with both relational (preferably PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL databases (such as: MongoDB).
Experience with building products integrating AI/ML engines and agentic workflows (hands-on experience – an advantage).
Proven experience owning high-velocity production, building resilient systems that ship fast while maintaining absolute stability.
Good interpersonal and communication skills (working with global teams – an advantage).
BSc in Software Engineering, or equivalent (an advantage).
