* Design and implement the infrastructure of the system including the ingestion, algorithms, performance optimizations, and interactive applications

Requirements:
Qualifications:
* 3-4 years of managerial experience, leading small to medium engineering teams – Must
* 7+ years of experience building production-grade backend systems , with deep expertise in TypeScript and Node.js – Must
* Strong track record designing and evolving distributed, event-driven architectures (microservices, asynchronous systems, serverless where appropriate) – Must
* Experience building cloud-native systems on AWS , with a strong understanding of tradeoffs in scalability, reliability, and cost – Must
* Hands-on experience using Kafka in real production environments , with a strong understanding of internals (partitioning, ordering, consumer groups, delivery semantics, scaling, failure modes) – Must
* Practical experience with Docker-based workflows and modern containerized development practices – Must
* Familiarity with Kubernetes (including EKS) and/or ECS , and understanding how services behave when deployed and scaled in container orchestration environments – Must
* Strong experience working with both NoSQL (MongoDB) and relational databases (Postgres) , with a clear understanding of data modeling and tradeoffs – Must B.Sc . in Computer Science or equivalent experience AI-driven engineering practices
* Experience using AI-assisted development tools (ChatGPT, Claude, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, etc.) as part of daily engineering workflows – Must
* Experience leveraging LLMs to improve productivity in coding, design exploration, technical writing, and analysis – Must
* Familiarity with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) and having built small tools or integrations using them
* Ability to critically assess AI-generated output and apply strong engineering judgment
