We are looking for a Business Applications Analyst to join the Business Applications team.
Responsibilities
* Analyze and document business requirements in collaboration with internal customers and stakeholders.
* Lead process improvement initiatives and support business applications.
* Prepare functional specifications and support implementation projects.
* Work closely with business users, IT teams, and external vendors.
* Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and provide end-user training.
* Support cross-functional business and technology projects.

* 2-3 years of experience in Business Analysis, Systems Analysis, or Application Implementation.
* Familiarity with development and DevOps platforms such as Jira, Bitbucket, Doors and GitLab.
* Experience gathering requirements and writing functional specifications.
* Experience working directly with business users and stakeholders.
* Ability to lead processes and coordinate multiple interfaces across the organization.
* Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Self-learning ability, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills. Advantages
* Familiarity with BOB and Hilan systems.
* Familiarity with ERP, CRM, and PLM systems.
* Experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or defense organization. Personal Skills
