WHAT WILL YOU DO?
Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting processes
Manage the month-end financial close and consolidation across all subsidiaries
Maintain the global tax plan and internal controls
Analyze financial data and business metrics to provide actionable insights
Conduct variance analysis between budgeted and actual financial results globally and drive corrective actions
Leverage data analysis to generate insights that support business teams in improving performance
Assist in preparing investor relations materials and support fundraising initiatives
Help define KPIs for business teams, using data to initiate projects that drive performance and target achievement
Collaborate with external auditors and consultants during interim and annual audits and address ongoing issues as required
Monitor company performance against budgets, forecasts, and KPIs
Oversee the monthly billing process, ensuring accurate data entry
Work closely with leadership to define, track, and analyze MBOs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and driving accountability

Requirements:
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BRING?
At least 2 years of experience as an assistant controller in a global organization
A broad understanding of international finance and accounting standards
Specialized knowledge in international tax regulations and compliance
Strong experience with the Netsuite ERP system is essential
Experience with Mesh and HubSpot systems is a plus
A degree in Accounting and a CPA qualification are required
Background in a high-tech company is preferred
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively and manage time efficiently
A proactive attitude with a commitment to improving finance processes
Excellent written and spoken English
A hands-on approach with an eye for detail
